Registration Entitlements


The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

Group Registrations

A group registration form is available when a single entity registers ten (10) or more individuals. To request a group registration form, please email Please note that no discounts apply for group registrations.

Student Registration

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card.  Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.  Student registrants are entitled to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Official documentation including program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the nominated day
  • Satchel
  • Welcome Reception

Please note:  A copy of your student identification card must be sent to the Meeting Managers via fax to + 61 2 9267 5443.  Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Day Registrants

Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:

Registration Information

Credit Card Payments Online

Online Registration is preferred. Please visit our secure website to register and book your accommodation in ‘real time’. Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.

Accepted credit cards:  MasterCard and Visa . All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by arinex’.

Please note that all credit card transactions will incur 2.5% surcharge on the total amount of each transaction.


All payments by cheque incur an A$10 processing fee.

Cheque payments will only be accepted up until 18 February 2013. After this date, all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details at

Cheques are to be made payable to ANZSNM 2013. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.


Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Meeting. Your letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Meeting. At the Meeting you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/Meeting documentation and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers.

Registration Fees:

  • Cancellation before 28 February 2013 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation before 15 March 2013 will result in forfeiture of 50% of fees paid.
  • There will be no refund on cancellations on and after 16 March 2013.

Accommodation Fees:

  • One night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
  • Deposit is non-refundable at 07 March 2013.

Social Function Fees:

  • Payments are non-refundable at 12 March 2013.

Entrance to the Meeting

Each delegate will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to all included social functions. The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.


Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Meeting, or through cancellation of the Meeting, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Meeting Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Private Touring/ Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Meeting Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

Private Functions

It is requested that you advise the Meeting Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Meeting Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.

The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Meeting timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation nor the meeting organisers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Meeting organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Meeting for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Meeting and/or its content at their sole discretion.
